    I purchased the Botanical Garden through Amazon. At step 137 pieces are missing and the instructions are vague. Tried to contact the company, no luck. Very expensive toy to be put aside, unable to complete. Will report to Amazon and BBB.

    Incomplete instructions

    The unit looks fun, and my daughter had fun putting together. Until the end when you find out there are no instructions on where to install the lights. Very disappointing.

    I came here hoping I could download instructions for the lights and nothing.

    Missing pieces, poor customer service

    This set was purchased new in box as a gift to me from my boyfriend. It was purchased through Amazon. I am missing several misses that originally I was going to replace with identical legos until I reached a piece I do not have. I began contacting customer service via email at the address listed on the box in August. After my 3rd email on September 3rd, I recieved a request on the 7th for the order number. I replied on the 10th and have heard nothing. When you call the toll free number, a message states to use the the email and you will receive a response in 24 hours. I am extremely unhappy with this product. I was enjoying putting it together and even continued the portions that I could while I waited to hear from this company. I would not recommend dealing with them and will stick to Lego. It is really a shame because I actually wanted to purchase other sets from this company. The bricks are good quality and comparable to Lego. But I will not purchase again due to the poor customer service.
