Still not 100%

I did find the piece. My cat stole off the table. Found in her hammock. The tree was still messed up and I wish the instructions were different. But I was not missing the piece.

I'm not sure about this.

My first problem going in was the way the bags are organized. I had to dump and sort the entire first bag so that it didnt feel so overwhelming having all the pieces in a pile in front of me. I really recommend bagging them in order of instruction. Next was that I had trouble fitting the tree together. The instructions said to use the six JXX00381_JX004 along with three JX00053_JX011. I did it correctly, I know because I initially did it wrong and thought I could fix it but still had trouble fitting them to JXX00431B_JX027 until I filed down a couple pieces so the stack was no longer bending to fit the piece. Lastly I'm not even able to go past step 8 in the book because I'm completely missing a piece. I looked in bag 2, throughout all the other bags and it wasn't in there. I don't know which bag it was supposed to be in, the instructions didn't say. I got this as a gift from my grandparents who don't care about brand they care about price so they got me 2 Harry potter brick building sets one from this company and the other from Lego. And I normally don't care too much about brands myself but I don't normally stray from legos for the reasons I mentioned. This set/brand has left a iffy impression. Sorry for the long review, I just figured with the 4000+ letters i could get a decent explanation in.
