Thank you for shopping with EDUCIRO. We strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please review our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. General Return Policy

We accept return requests for eligible products within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition

  • Be returned in the original packaging

  • Include all accessories, manuals, and components

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom-made products

  • OEM products

  • ODM products customized for a customer

  • Personalized items

  • Clearance or final sale products

  • Gift cards (if applicable)

Unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.


3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective product

  • An incorrect item

  • Missing components

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Order number

  • Product model number

  • Photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Description of the issue

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • Replacement parts

  • Product replacement

  • Partial refund

  • Full refund

at our discretion.


4. Missing Building Block Pieces

Building block products undergo multiple quality inspections before shipment.

If you believe pieces are missing, please provide:

  • Product model number

  • Photos of all bags received

  • Photos of the instruction manual

  • Clear identification of the missing part(s)

After verification, we will determine an appropriate solution.

Please note that assembly errors or misplaced pieces may sometimes be mistaken for missing parts.


5. Return Process

To request a return, please contact our customer service team at:

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Product name

  • Reason for return

  • Supporting photos (if applicable)

Do not return products without prior authorization.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


6. Return Shipping Costs

If the Return Is Due to Our Error

Examples:

  • Incorrect product shipped

  • Manufacturing defect

  • Product damaged during shipment

We will cover reasonable return shipping costs where applicable.

If the Return Is Due to Customer Preference

Examples:

  • Changed mind

  • No longer needed

  • Ordered by mistake

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


7. Refund Processing

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.


8. Order Cancellation

In-Stock Products

Orders may be canceled before shipment.

If the order has already been shipped, it will be subject to the standard return process.

OEM / ODM Orders

Custom development and production projects may not be canceled once:

  • Design work has begun

  • Samples have been produced

  • Materials have been purchased

  • Production has started

Any costs already incurred may remain payable.


9. OEM & ODM Project Refund Policy

Due to the customized nature of OEM and ODM projects, payments made for the following services are generally non-refundable:

  • Product design

  • Engineering development

  • Prototype production

  • Mold development

  • Packaging design

  • Custom manufacturing

Exceptions may be considered only in cases where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing.


10. International Orders

Customers are responsible for:

  • Import duties

  • Customs fees

  • Local taxes

  • Customs clearance charges

Refunds will not be issued for orders refused due to unpaid customs charges or import restrictions.


11. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim relating to a product shall not exceed the amount paid for that product.

We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
