For shipments confirmed as lost by the carrier, we will assist in investigating the issue and determining available remedies.

12. OEM & ODM Project Deliveries
For custom manufacturing projects:
- Delivery schedules are subject to production completion
- Final delivery dates depend on customer approvals and production planning
- Shipping arrangements may be made by either the customer or our logistics partners
Specific shipping terms (EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP, etc.) will be stated in the quotation or purchase agreement.
13. Risk of Loss
Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon delivery to the carrier unless otherwise specified in writing.
Customers should inspect shipments promptly upon arrival.
Any shipping-related issues should be reported as soon as possible.
14. Force Majeure
We shall not be responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters

- Government restrictions
- Labor disputes
